If you choose to register, you may be eligible to receive your first FreeStyle Libre 2 Trial Kit* which will be sent to you, at your choice, either by email through a digital voucher or through direct mail. Subject to your consent below, you will also receive email communications from Abbott and its third-party service providers with resources on sensor application as well as an optional follow-up telephone call.
